Dipl.-Ing. oec. Jan Peckolt (30) developed the new NEMOS system in 2010. In his diploma thesis he previously did a market analysis concerning wave energy conversion systems and hydro-mechanical tests in a wave tank in cooperation with the Development Centre for Ship Technology and Transport Systems (DST). Due to his additional training in foundation management, his experience in companies such as Vestas, McKinsey's and the own Peckolt GbR (2000-2008), Mr. Peckolt also has extensive skills in the organizational field.

Dipl.-Ing. Benjamin Friedhoff (32) has many years of operating experience and knowledge in the field of ship and ocean engineering. At the Development Centre for Ship Technology and Transport Systems (DST), he led numerous investigations in research projects on behalf of customers in the field of renewable energies. Within the NEMOS project , he is a consulting engineer and keeps in close contact giving essential impulses.

Michael Simon B.Sc. (24) wrote his bachelor thesis within the research project initiated by Mr. Peckolt. Besides the master's program he is currently working as an assistant scientist in the NEMOS project . His responsibilities include planning, implementation and evaluation of the model tests and parametric studies. Contact: ms@nemos.org |
